Terms of Service

Service description

SendScope is a cloud-based monitoring platform for Amazon SES. It provides real-time reputation tracking, alerting, suppression management, and deliverability analytics. SendScope reads data from your AWS account; it does not send email on your behalf.

Account and access

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

Subscription and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until the end of the current billing period.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate any law or regulation.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to the service.

Data and privacy

AWS credentials you provide are encrypted at rest and used solely to read SES metrics and events on your behalf. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service (for example, transactional email delivery). You can export your data or delete your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SendScope is a monitoring layer, not a sending service. We are not liable for any email delivery failures, AWS account actions, or damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
